Meet Inna and Her Vision

World of Wellness is a website for a trusted consultancy offering consultation treatments. Inna, a professional based in Saxmundham, had been trying to create her website herself, and together we have managed to build something that is more than just a website, it is a central focus point for Inna to use as a platform to showcase the local offer of her treatment room, as well as her worldwide consultancy services. Clear identification of exactly what Inna was providing was essential, along with a search engine optimised strategy that did not conflict with the separate offers she provides.

Advice was given on engaging with local social media platforms and on how to position herself as a consultant in scientific aromatherapies, wellness solutions, essential oils, and holistic health practices. She supports clients with chronic fatigue, stress, immune deficiencies, menopausal symptoms, and joint discomfort, and all of this needed to be search engine optimised throughout the wording.

Content and Engagement Strategy

While Inna provided a comprehensive two-page synopsis of everything she does, this was then converted into more specific language with a stronger sales focus. Images were also taken as Andy visited in person to photograph the space, and Inna provided some of her own pictures to create a balanced mix that conveyed both emotion and the products effectively.

There is also ongoing support on a monthly retainer to keep creating, amending, and adding to the website to ensure it remains visible on Google. Throughout the site, there are clear calls to action and cross-pollination between pages to make sure that each visitor fully understands the complete range of services and does not miss anything. The website also connects with Inna’s own Instagram account. It is clean, engaging, and easy to read, with simple language that resonates with users of all the services Inna provides.

Reflection and Results

It has been fantastic working with Inna, as she is driven and understands exactly what she wants. Quite simply, she was struggling with building the website herself. Creating this site has been very rewarding and has provided great learning about this alternative therapy. It now serves as a platform for Ina to showcase the local offer of her treatment room in Saxmundham, London, as well as her worldwide consultancy abilities.
